All rights reserved. No part of this Site may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the EAA.

Access to and use of this Site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.

1. The link does not imply any false sponsorship or endorsement by the EAA.

2. You do not remove, obscure, or alter any portion of the Site.

3. You cease providing links to the Site immediately upon the EAA’s request.

The EAA makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

10. Participation in the Emirates Academy Awards

Participation in the Emirates Academy Awards, including film submissions, accreditation, and other entry programs, is subject to these Terms and the official Rules & Regulations published separately on the Site.

By submitting a film or project, you agree that:

• You hold all necessary rights (including intellectual property, music, and image rights) for the submitted work.

• All information provided is true and accurate.

• The EAA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or the official Rules & Regulations.

• Any fees, if applicable for specific categories or late submissions, will be clearly stated in the submission guidelines.

• The EAA does not authorize any third party to request payments or contributions on its behalf without written approval.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
By using the Site or submitting materials, you consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Site or the Awards are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of local or international law.

13. Changes to the Terms

The EAA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
